- Please include the following information in your email:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your company's purchase order number, if applicable
- Any specific instructions to observe when correcting the document(s), if applicable. These may include:
- Assigning a delivery time < 48 hours from document submission time
- Selecting British or American English
- Limiting the type of corrections to make
- Indicating only certain document sections to correct
- Document submission requirements:
- Preferred formats: *.docx, *.doc (These formats allow clients to see all the changes made.)
- Other acceptable formats: *.rtf, *.txt, *.odt, *.xls, *.ppt
- Documents larger than 1GB should be submitted with a link to a file server where the document is stored.
